Available Positions & Locations
School-Based ABA (BCBA or LBS)
- Areas: Lower Bucks County (priority), Center City Philadelphia, Delaware County
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, during school hours
- Rate: $45–$80/hour (flat rate for all hours worked)
IBHS ABA (BCBA only)
- Area: Philadelphia (priority), some availability in Lower Bucks
- Schedule: Flex hours including evenings/Saturdays available
- Rate: $58–$85/hour (billable); non-billable paid at 50%

What You’ll Do
School-Based ABA
- Oversee ABA treatment plans in school settings
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and RBTs
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and VB-MAPP evaluations
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families
IBHS ABA
- Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy
- Conduct assessments and create treatment plans aligned with IBHS guidelines
- Supervise BHTs and collaborate with families and support teams
- Maintain documentation in compliance with IBHS regulations
- Active BCBA or LBS pursuing BCBA (supervision provided!)
- Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or related field
- 1+ years of ABA therapy experience, including treatment planning and staff training
- School-based ABA experience (required for LBS roles)
- Familiarity with autism services, functional behavior assessment, and data-driven treatment
- Reliable transportation (for community-based roles)
- Current clearances (FBI, Child Abuse, Criminal)
