Progressive Talent Solutions (PTS) was founded by Wendy Belan, a recruiting strategist with a passion for people and a deep understanding of ABA. After years of seeing how traditional recruiting missed the mark, she launched PTS to bring clarity, care, and behaviorally-informed strategy to hiring. 

Today, PTS is a boutique firm known for making thoughtful, lasting matches—with a focus on improving outcomes for providers, clinicians, and the families they serve.
