ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA provider located on a beautiful peninsula about 2 hours from Seattle. Their practice is grounded in Assent Based ABA—a values-driven, child-led approach that emphasizes assent, autonomy, and meaningful engagement. With a strong focus on ethical, individualized care, the team is committed to building authentic relationships and fostering joy in learning.
This is an ideal opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about compassionate, client-centered care and wants to be part of a supportive and mission-aligned team.
WHAT MAKES THIS POSITION SPECIAL?
- Salary: $70,000–$85,000/year (based on experience)
- Schedule: Flexible full time hours Monday–Friday
- Caseload: Average of 26 direct hours/week
- Autonomy: Independent work with the ability to do prep and paperwork remotely
- Tools Provided: Laptop. iPad, printer, and other essentials
- Supportive Leadership: BCBA-owned organization with over 30 years of experience
- Growth Opportunities: Lead BCBA roles, administrative involvement, or community partnerships
- Relocation Available: Clallam County is a region known for its natural beauty and access to Olympic National Park. From rugged coastlines and mountain trails to Lake Crescent and Rialto Beach, this is an ideal setting for anyone who thrives both clinically and outdoors
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, manage, and monitor individualized evaluation and treatment plans
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design Positive Behavior Intervention Plans (PBIPs)
- Lead parent training and support sessions
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs
- Participate in RBT recruitment and onboarding
- Collaborate regularly with the clinical team and leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification and Washington State licensure
- At least 1 year of experience (RBT supervisory experience preferred)
- Passion and experience working with children and teens on the autism spectrum
- Reliable transportation for travel to client homes within the service area
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate, respectful, and high-quality care
